Annual Meeting
Description: Involves stockholders passing resolutions related to financial statements, management reports, profit distribution, and electing corporate officers.
Formalities: Written form. Notarization and recordation sometimes mandated and highly recommended.
Deadline: April 30, 2026
Foreign Investment Report
Description: Provide an economic report to the National Registry of Foreign Investment (only when a company’s account was above MX$110,000,000 pesos in 2025).
Formalities: Written form. In person or online.
Deadline: April 30, 2026 (A–J); May 31, 2026 (K–Z)
Immigration Employer’s Registration
Description: Renew immigration employer’s registration to allow hiring of foreign employees during 2026.
Formalities: Written form. Filed in person.
Deadline: Check INM registration for deadline
Municipal Operating Permit
Description: Renew business license issued by municipality to continue operations.
Formalities: Written form; filed in person.
Deadline: Check permit for deadline and renewal requirements
